Your till isn't supported yet? If it has an API, we build the connection free with a yearly Start, Pro or Business plan. On a monthly plan it's a one-off 4 900 Kč, credited against a yearly plan if you switch within 3 months. Once a till is connected, it's included in every plan.

Pay yearly and get 2 months free. A layout is one designed screen: showing it on more TVs, in slideshows or in schedules does not count again, and drafts and archived layouts are free. Prices are in Czech crowns (CZK) and exclude VAT. We invoice business customers in the EU under the reverse-charge mechanism. Subscriptions renew monthly or yearly and are charged in advance to your card; cancel any time and your plan runs until the end of the paid period. See our refund and cancellation policy.

Which tills do you support?
We are connecting the systems most used by restaurants. Tell us which one you use and we'll let you know. Without a supported till you can import your menu from a spreadsheet or enter it in Posboard.
Can you connect a till you don't support yet?
Yes, if it has an API. With a yearly Start, Pro or Business plan we build the connection for free; on a monthly plan it's a one-off 4 900 Kč, which we credit if you switch to yearly within 3 months. Once it's built, every restaurant on that till can use it. For your own system or a custom export we charge a setup fee from 4 900 Kč and 290 Kč a month to keep it working, with no setup fee on Business.
Do I need new screens?
No. Any TV or monitor with a web browser works, or a small streaming stick such as a Fire TV stick or an Android TV box.
What counts as a layout?
A layout is one designed screen, for example "Drinks" or "Lunch menu". Show it on as many TVs as your plan allows, in slideshows and schedules: it still counts once. Drafts and archived layouts don't count.
Can Posboard change prices in my till?
No. Access is read-only. Prices and products are managed in your till, and Posboard shows them.
Can the assistant break my screens?
Every change is a draft with a preview, and Posboard checks that it still fits on the screen. Nothing reaches your TVs until you publish it, and any earlier version can be brought back.
What happens if I cancel?
Your plan runs until the end of the period you have paid for. After that the assistant switches off, and 14 days later your screens stop showing the menu. Pay again and everything comes back.
